When signing up as a Beachbody Coach there are different costs to consider. First off there are costs to start the business and there are also costs associated with being in business. This is true in any business that is successful, there is an initial investment as well as ongoing investment into marketing, training, etc. Let’s take a quick look at both the initial expense as well as ongoing expenses.
Costs to Start Your Beachbody Coach Business:
Beachbody Coach Starter Kit: $39.95 (waived if you purchase a Beachbody Challenge Pack)
Initial Purchase: ($0 to $600) The cost here varies depending on your purchase, how serious you are about your Beachbody business, and how quickly you want it to grow. I suggest that you get started with one of the Coach Packs: Challenge Pack, Diamond Pack or the Shakeology Fast Start Pack. The Coach Packs give you the best discounts and the greatest exposure to Beachbody’s Top Selling exercise programs and the Shakeology Fast Start Pack gives you an opportunity to see for yourself what this nutritional/protein drink can do for your health. Remember the best coaches are a product of the products. They can talk about their personal experience and their recommendation is very real to others and not just someone trying to make a sale.
Beachbody Club: ($38.87 billed quarterly = $12.95/month) Becoming a Club member is optional, but I highly recommend it. Beachbody Club members receive VIP access to your favorite trainers and Beachbody® experts, including live chats, exclusive videos, nutrition tips, and delicious recipes. They also get specific meal plans customized to their goals. When you have customers that aren’t interested in becoming a coach this is a great option for them to receive 10% off all of their purchases along with the benefits of the Club.
Ongoing Costs of Your Beachbody Coach Business:
Business Maintenance Fee: $14.95/month to have 4 of your own websites to refer your friends, family, and clients to so they can easily purchase their exercise program and nutritional supplements and allow you to get paid when they purchase.
Beachbody Club: $38.87 each quarter if you choose to be a part of the club – which I recommend.
Product Purchase: Once again the cost here varies based on your nutritional needs. I suggest you purchase Shakeology each month as an investment in your health and the health of your family. However, you need to have 50 personal volume points or roughly $55 of product to be listed as an active coach. You can accomplish this through your own product purchase or through purchases made by those you send to your sites.
My Monthly Order: Shakeology, Results and Recovery Formula, P90X: 1 on 1 Volume 3, originally orderd the Renewal Pack for the Joint Support, but have placed it on hold because I have accumulated a few extra bottles of each.
Inactive vs. Active Status: When you first join you will be listed as Inactive. To achieve Active status you need to have accumulated 50 personal volume points in the last 35 days. The 50 personal volume points can come from your own purchase or through customer purchases on one of your websites.
Beachbody Coach Marketing Expenses:
Remember that the key to success in any business depends on the marketing. Here are a few suggestions: get professional business cards made, purchase and wear some apparel (P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, TurbJam) think walking billboard, and finally tap into a marketing system that offers continued education and resources to help you succeed.
Good luck to each of you in your Beachbody Coach business! Make sure you treat it like a business. As we succeed as Beachbody Coaches we help others change their lives physically, and financially Go make your world a better place!
